I was looking for a last minute apartment during COVID and was having a difficult time finding what I wanted . Brittany and Amanda in the office helped me so much and got me moved in immediately with no stress or hassle. The building is beautiful and always clean and the maintenance team does an amazing job. Thanks to everyone who made my experience so smooth and effortless!

WOW - a lot of these reviews are extremely harsh. I recently moved out of Tria and enjoyed living there. Brittany and Natalia have been extremely helpful this past year especially during these hard times. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and located in convenient location. If you are looking at moving to Tria, I would highly recommend it and not pass judgment off some reviews. Stay safe.

A+ and would recommend renting here. Common space is clean, and staff are always helpful. Close to 405, shopping and only 10 min away from Bellevue.

I loved living here -- such a modern, brand new clean apartment. Lived here for 18 months, and I swear I never saw even one bug! (or pest for that matter). Plenty of light. Great staff. Fair price. Away from all the noise of Bellevue and Redmond, but just close enough. Newcastle is such a nice little town and a lot of people don't know about it. I'd live here at Tria again in a heartbeat.

I recently went by for a tour and Stephany was so helpful! Very professional and knowledgeable. Everything just felt welcoming. I would definitely recommend Tria!!
