Tria is an awesome community in the New Castle/Bellevue area that is well maintained by our company, the staff are very friendly and over the years weâve got to know many residents that love this community. Our company provides thorough cleaning services at Tria cleaning the carpets in the apartment homes and hallways on a regular basis to keep the building clean and safe for the residents and staff.

My husband and I moved here in July and I absolutely love living here. Tria had an amazing move in deal that we couldnât pass by and itâs located in the best area. The office genuinely cares about you and wants their residents to love living here. Tria is very pet friendly and I know my dog loves living here as well! I canât imagine living anywhere else at the moment.

I was looking for a last minute apartment during COVID and was having a difficult time finding what I wanted . Brittany and Amanda in the office helped me so much and got me moved in immediately with no stress or hassle. The building is beautiful and always clean and the maintenance team does an amazing job. WOW - a lot of these reviews are extremely harsh. I recently moved out of Tria and enjoyed living there. Brittany and Natalia have been extremely helpful this past year especially during these hard times. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and located in convenient location. If you are looking at moving to Tria, I would highly recommend it and not pass judgment off some reviews. Stay safe.

A+ and would recommend renting here. Common space is clean, and staff are always helpful. Close to 405, shopping and only 10 min away from Bellevue.

I loved living here -- such a modern, brand new clean apartment. Lived here for 18 months, and I swear I never saw even one bug! (or pest for that matter). Plenty of light. Great staff. Fair price. Away from all the noise of Bellevue and Redmond, but just close enough. Newcastle is such a nice little town and a lot of people don't know about it. I'd live here at Tria again in a heartbeat.
