I love the location and, being retired, I’m looking for something comfortable and easygoing. I recently toured the property with Emily, and although I don’t usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to share what a wonderful experience I had with her. She was incredibly patient and kind with me — I can be a bit forgetful at times and occasionally need assistance walking due to a bad leg. Emily went out of her way to open doors for me and never made me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across someone so respectful and genuinely caring. I’m not planning to move until possibly this winter, but this property is definitely at the top of my list to circle back to.

I recently rented an apartment here and so far, I love it! The leasing office was very easy to deal with and when I submitted work orders for a few minor repairs, they were very fast to respond. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Office staff is friendly and welcoming.

I really like this apartment. I live here little over two years. This is a clean and safe place to live. The community here is wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a nicer friendly and helpful tenants here. I especially appreciate Chris the maintenance, supervisor and security. Today He helped me with me down the stair making sure that I don’t fall and bring my wheelchair down for me because the elevator was being fixed. I’m recovering from a stroke. I appreciate Chris very much. He is always polite, friendly and helpful. I remember in the summer he always offered me a bottle water make sure I’m hydrated.He goes beyond and above his duties Thank you, Chris. I also want to say thank you to Selma the building manager. She is very helpful and friendly. She helped me to push my wheelchair because the elevator was down today 🙏🏼😊

As a tenant at Tria Apartments in Newcastle, WA, I want to take a moment to compliment David Borishkevich for his outstanding service. His support has truly made living in Tria a great experience. From ensuring a smooth move-in process to accommodating additional requests such as allowing extra time for submitting my inspection list and providing a floor plan with measurements beforehand so we could plan our furniture placements ahead of time, he has consistently gone above and beyond to make our transition smoother. One instance that truly stood out was when I forgot to transition my electricity service from my previous apartment unit to my existing apartment unit. Before the office even opened, David proactively reached out to Puget Sound Energy (PSE) on my behalf, arranging to backdate my utility bill to my actual move-out date. He even followed up to ensure the adjustment was made, turning what could have been a stressful situation into an almost hassle-free experience. Additionally, he also helped adjust the charges toward my security deposit since my apartment was left clean, demonstrating his fairness and commitment to residents. Besides assisting me personally, David has also been incredibly helpful to my mom. He has handled various requests for her such as registering keys, providing extra sets, and answering all types of questions. No matter the request, he always does his best to assist in any way he can. His friendly smile and genuinely helpful approach make every interaction pleasant. His dedication to residents is a big part of what makes Tria Apartments feel like home.

When I first met sharmila I thought she was a great uplifting outgoing sweet person. I felt very welcome and comfortable with her. She was very excited to show me around and it was fun and enjoyable I was not disappointed the apartment is beautiful clean smelled good.. they have a gym n they have a beautiful rooftop if you love The nature this is it they have a grill couch everything you need just to hang out and enjoy yourself with mother nature. They also have a gym I totally like that. Everything I was looking for I got it. Once I signed the lease I got a little snack bag from Mr sharmila I thought It was super cute and kind of her.. I felt very appreciated n loved.. inside of the building and the outside is super clean. Thank you sharmila 🥰

Update: Chris on the maintenance team is wonderful and all maintenance requests are resolved under 24 hours. He is always connecting with residents and I’m confident that if I have a maintenance issue, Chris will resolve it quickly. He’s great! I have been living at Tria for about 2 years now and I have had a great experience. I love the apartment layout/design. Sharmila has been a great resource and help. If I ever have any questions and concerns, she helps me out promptly. I have also noticed that the elevators no longer go out of service as often since Sharmila has joined.

I am a very happy resident of the Tria apartment complex. It has been such a pleasant experience living in Tria. The complex is new, quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient with shopping and restaurants within few minutes of walking distance. Most importantly, the management team is excellent. When searching for an apartment, we are concerned with bad reviews related to the previous management team. However. the current management team from Securities Properties are excellent. First of all, the new office manager named Sharmila is extremely helpful and friendly. Whenever we need help, she is always there to provide everything we need and address all our concerns and questions. She has helped us secured a very big parking spot which is important to us since two of our family members are new drivers. She is also very sweet and thoughtful in handling me breakfast treats which we forgot to grab during the “breakfast to go” hours. She always makes us feel very welcomed and treats us like VIPs every time we go to her office. 😊 Besides Sharmila, the person who provides maintenance service named Tshering is also extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we fill out a maintenance request, he will come within a couple hours and fix everything perfectly. We are truly amazed at his knowledge and skills. Thanks so much Sharmila and Tshering for your excellent service! You’ve made Tria such a nice place to call home.

FIRSTLY... I want to shout out Sharmila's name from the rooftops!!! We moved into our apartment about 2 months ago and she made the process so very pleasant. She was on top of everything, prompt, kind, answered all of our questions and concerns with genuine interest. We are so grateful for her. Even as we have lived here she continues to have the same attitude. She's awesome! The apartment is gorgeous and exactly what we needed! We received a great deal upon move in. My partner moved into the Tria a few weeks ago and we have been nothing but impressed with the building, our unit, and the management team. We knew we were in good hands from our very first conversation with Sharmila when we were inquiring about the place as most other neighboring apartments were completely unresponsive. She has continued to exceed our expectations - making us feel so welcomed and accommodated for from the day we moved in! One of our favorite features of the Tria is the rooftop and when we asked Sharmila about the TV not being connected, her team had a brand new Roku up and running for us within a few hours (and just in time for the World Cup match we were hoping to watch)!!! A nice place is one thing, but having accessible, friendly and responsive property management makes all the difference. We are so grateful we made the choice to live here!

Sharmila gave us a lovely tour of the building and helped us complete the rental application and walked us through the move in process. Sharmila always responds quickly to all of our questions and she helped us secure a great move in deal - which we are so grateful for! Upon moving in, we noticed our garbage disposal was broken along with our blinds, so we submitted a work order and the next day they came and fixed everything. We appreciated the timely response. 2023 June: TRIA Apartments is going through a transformation ! I’ve heard about the bad rap of the previous property owner- AMC – which has transitioned recently under the new ownership – Security Properties, where Sharmila – the new Assistant Property Manager is very polite, professional, experienced, well-trained, personable, nimble and cares about their tenants and property. I came from another apartment complex in Newcastle where that management was well below par and the welcoming by TRIA was very refreshing ! Sharmila is very attentive to my needs and showed me the entire complex, and I was able to move-in right away! She is very responsive either by tel or email, very customer service oriented. Had a little issue with the fridge, where the on-site service manager came very quickly and fixed the matter ! I recommend apartment seekers in contacting her, I am confident she will answer all your questions ! 5+ Stars !!!

The office genuinely cares about you and wants their residents to love living here. Tria is very pet friendly and I know my dog loves living here as well! WOW - a lot of these reviews are extremely harsh. I recently moved out of Tria and enjoyed living there. Brittany and Natalia have been extremely helpful this past year especially during these hard times. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and located in convenient location. I loved living here -- such a modern, brand new clean apartment. Lived here for 18 months, and I swear I never saw even one bug! (or pest for that matter). Plenty of light. Great staff. Fair price. Away from all the noise of Bellevue and Redmond, but just close enough. Newcastle is such a nice little town and a lot of people don't know about it. I'd live here at Tria again in a heartbeat.
