Helped a friend move in and this place was great. Everything was super clean and Christopher was a big help when it came time to deal with the furniture. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and a big thanks to Christopher for going above and beyond to make sure the move was easy.

Great place until Emily the property manager came along. She looks at you like youâre a major inconvenience especially when you approach her office. I recently moved out but a package came there by mistake. I went to pick it up and asked if I could use the bathroom and she responded with âI think itâs lockedâ. As if the property manager doesnât have a key to it. Sheâs rude just to be rude. You donât even have to do anything.

Huge shoutout to Chris on the maintenance team at Tria Apartments he has been absolutely outstanding. Fast response times, quality work done right the first time, and always friendly and professional. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. 5 stars without a doubt!

Avoid unit #604 or any unit facing the courthouse AC block . You will be hearing a permanent 74db noise from 2am to 6pm every day of the week. Its unbearable. Management ignore all my emails. Stay away from those unit . You cant even open your window at night due to the noise and even window closed its very loud. Its even worst than living next to a construction site, because it doesnt even stop at night.

I had a great experience with Emily at Tria Apartments! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Emily took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Iâve had a really positive experience with this apartment complex so far. The property is well maintained, quiet, and the staff has been very helpful throughout the process. Emily in the office was especially great to work with â she was friendly, professional, quick to respond, and made everything much easier. Itâs refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares and follows through. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

I love the location and, being retired, Iâm looking for something comfortable and easygoing. I recently toured the property with Emily, and although I donât usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to share what a wonderful experience I had with her. She was incredibly patient and kind with me â I can be a bit forgetful at times and occasionally need assistance walking due to a bad leg. Emily went out of her way to open doors for me and never made me feel rushed. Itâs not often you come across someone so respectful and genuinely caring. Iâm not planning to move until possibly this winter, but this property is definitely at the top of my list to circle back to.

I recently rented an apartment here and so far, I love it! The leasing office was very easy to deal with and when I submitted work orders for a few minor repairs, they were very fast to respond. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Office staff is friendly and welcoming.
