Tria is an awesome community in the New Castle/Bellevue area that is well maintained by our company, the staff are very friendly and over the years we’ve got to know many residents that love this community. Our company provides thorough cleaning services at Tria cleaning the carpets in the apartment homes and hallways on a regular basis to keep the building clean and safe for the residents and staff.

Apartment is nice, the vibes and surroundings are all great. But the property management team needs more training. The property manager is always changing. They will charge you an excessive amount of money after you moved out even though you hired cleaning company and cleaned everything by yourself. They sent me an email asking for the fees ALMOST TWO YEARS AFTER I moved out of the apartment and I have already moved out of the country! This is absolutely ridiculous and I do NOT recommend this place. Newcastle is incredibly lovely but I had a horrible experience here.

My husband and I moved here in July and I absolutely love living here. Tria had an amazing move in deal that we couldn’t pass by and it’s located in the best area. The office genuinely cares about you and wants their residents to love living here. Tria is very pet friendly and I know my dog loves living here as well! I can’t imagine living anywhere else at the moment.
