My partner and I just moved into Tria a week or two ago, and our experience has been lovely so far. Everything is as expected with our apartment, and our move-in experience was incredibly smooth thanks to our property manager Sharmila. All through our application and moving process, she has been very prompt and helpful. She was also incredibly patient and flexible when we ran into issues with our application documents.

FIRSTLY... I want to shout out Sharmila's name from the rooftops!!! We moved into our apartment about 2 months ago and she made the process so very pleasant. She was on top of everything, prompt, kind, answered all of our questions and concerns with genuine interest. We are so grateful for her. Even as we have lived here she continues to have the same attitude. She's awesome! The apartment is gorgeous and exactly what we needed! We received a great deal upon move in. We have truly loved living here. We have wonderful neighbors and have established quick friendships which we didn't expect. So bonus! This is a lovely community and we're very happy 😊

I've been living here for almost two years and am about to renew for a third. The new manager, David, and our maintenance person, Chris, have been incredibly helpful and truly dedicated to improving our community. They're a big part of why I’ve decided to stay another year

The team managing and maintaining Tria apartments are great! I put in a maintenance request and Tshering came to fix the issue an hour later. Sharmilla the apartment manager is extremely helpful and quick to respond!

My partner moved into the Tria a few weeks ago and we have been nothing but impressed with the building, our unit, and the management team. We knew we were in good hands from our very first conversation with Sharmila when we were inquiring about the place as most other neighboring apartments were completely unresponsive. She has continued to exceed our expectations - making us feel so welcomed and accommodated for from the day we moved in! One of our favorite features of the Tria is the rooftop and when we asked Sharmila about the TV not being connected, her team had a brand new Roku up and running for us within a few hours (and just in time for the World Cup match we were hoping to watch)!!! A nice place is one thing, but having accessible, friendly and responsive property management makes all the difference. We are so grateful we made the choice to live here!
