The office staff is very friendly especially the manager and I love the landscaping

Terrible office staff, I moved out of the apartment an year back and the reason behind that was someone stole my portable ac when they delivered to the apartment. The explanation i got from the office staff that the security camera was not working on that particular day and they cannot help me. It was a 100lbs portable AC unit. And my bad i made another shipment wrongly to this address recently (after i moved out and the browser picked up the old address). I tried to reach out to the office on phone multiple times and no response there and i visited the office by myself to see i can talk to the office staff, without even trying to help me, she was just close the door by saying we don’t have your package. Stay away from this place .. these people are so rude.

This is the absolute worst building I have ever been to. The property manager advertised falsely and has been spitefully misleading as well as angry because she is not receiving a 30% rental discount. This happens when organizations hire people with much less experience that don’t belong in the positions in the first place to save money at the residents taxing expense.

I never write reviews, but I must this time. Undoubtedly the worst rental experience I've ever had After taking an in-person tour of Tira Apartment on Thursday, I was quite satisfied with what I saw. The property was ok, well-located, and the leasing officer seemed nice and even mentioned the possibility of a one-month discount ($2,000), pending approval from the manager, and will let me know in 24 hours. At that time, I didn't understand the low Google reviews. However, the events that followed made it clear why the ratings were so poor. After the tour, communication from the leasing office ceased completely. I sent one or two emails, left a message, and called several times to inquire about the discount, hoping to proceed with my application, but received no response—just silence or bots. Finally 48 hours after, on Saturday, the manager picked up the phone, and directly informed me that while the discount was available, I was ineligible because I didn’t apply within 24 hours of the tour. Despite this, I decided to visit the office again to discuss terms and apply. Astonishingly, the manager canceled my scheduled tour outright, stating I would never qualify for any discounts. She also mentioned that she only saw one of my emails, but then where is my response? This series of miscommunications and unprofessional behavior, unfairly placed on their customer, was entirely unacceptable. It left me questioning the level of service one might expect after moving in.

There were frequent car break-ins in the parkling lot. The apartment management pretended that was not exist. They didn't warn residents at all so more people had the lost. Those could be avoided when people find more secure places to park or have wheel lock if they got warned. The apartment management only cared about your cash but not you.
