I wish you the best in your apartment search. This is not the place. Negligent management, improper trash system so your trash piles up in your apartment and they fine you $50 if you put it outside. The entire apartment smells like trash everyday. Habitability standards for noise do not meet code. You will never sleep because every conversation and little noise from neighbors is ecoed loud based on the building design. You are on your own here because they go through a new employee every week who is never trained. Please do yourself a favor and find one of the many available and better places to rent in Newcastle. It is a great neighborhood but you will be miserable in this apartment.

Terrible apartment complex. Lived in many apartments and this is by FAR the worst. Dont respond to emails or calls. Other tenants will yell at you for no reason, because everyone is upset at the leasing office and hates the complex as a whole. If you move in here you're going to want to be away from your home as much as possible. HIGHLY recommend not living here. EDIT: I've already spoken to management prior to them posting their response and they were ZERO help. They're just posting replies to seem helpful and save face at this point.

A+ and would recommend renting here. Common space is clean, and staff are always helpful. Close to 405, shopping and only 10 min away from Bellevue.

If I could give less stars for this apartment complex, I would. From move in to move out this place was a terrible experience. I have lived in many apartment complexes as I travel for my profession and stay at each one for 3 months at least. Unfortunatley, I stayed here for 3 months. I am not sure how this place is still up and running to be honest with you. To begin, at move-in, the staff was very unprofessional. I was basically handed my keys and sent me on my merry way. Mind you, I traveled here from another state so I never received a proper tour and had no clue how to get around. So, after I had to ASK for a tour or what the heck to do, park, get around (it is a locked apartment complex and need a key fob to go anywhere and also a little confusing to manuever around at first). I also had to ask where my move-in inspection forms were upon move in and all the other miscellanous forms you get, etc. Well, Tony (who worked there at the time, new management now (Marissa?), who are just as bad as the previous), said "I don't know". Well, no forms were ever given and the "tour" was useless. So, walk into the apartment, and it is filthy. Floors were not clean with sticky gunk on the floors and dirt/pet hair all over. I also noticed damages in the apartment on the counters, etc.So, I go down to speak with Tony and express my frustration with the condition of the apartment and he said that the dirt must be from people "taking tours" or "maintenance", well im sorry but every apartment I have ever been in at move in has been clean as it should be. So Tony, states he placed a work order for the floors to be cleaned. Work order was never completed and I did it myself. I also took pictures to cover myself from any charges as I was never given the move-in inspection form either. This is just the example of my experience to start at this place. -ASK TO TAKE A TOUR OF THE ROOF AND GO SEE FOR YOURSELF: - Ask to turn the roof TV's on (They do not work) -Ask to turn the "firepit" on (It does not work) - Look at the condition of the furniture on the roof that has green residue growing - Look at the small single grill that all of the residents are expected to share (Inside, the grease trap wasn't changed one time in the 3 months I was a resident and is overflowing, nor was the grill cleaned). OTHER ISSUES: - Management at times are not in office during "office hours" sometimes for days. -Also found an office worker cuddled up in a blanket sitting with the manager SLEEPING with head on the desk. -I had to call several times before getting an answer to inquire and receive my move-out deposit check, and was told "Oh, I was just getting to your check 10 minutes ago to get it sent out"...what a coincidence. Mind you, this was 24 days after move-out. - Lastly, I was never given an itemized deduction list for charges after move out. Be prepared for a $60 "partial cleaning" fee at move-out even if your apartment is VERY clean (Make sure to ask for specifics of what needed to be cleaned). Based on the price of rent, you can find better apartment rentals in the area.

If I could give less reviews, I would. I originally started applying to this residence last week and have received nothing but subpar treatment. Calling continuous times and not receiving any answer. The apartment manager Marissa has been very nasty in her treatment towards me and is not compliant of any FHA administration as another couple was shown more favorably over me. I successfully applied for the free month of rent on apt. 610 ever since this morning and because the apartment manager was on a vacation and decided to grace me with her mercy she approved the application with another almost $1000 fee in addition to rent being due at the beginning of the month. Marissa never contacted me back at any point in time and showed favor to the other couple even though I inquired about the fees several times. This is strictly discrimination and since my concerns via email were sent the first time, I will now see if a lawyer agrees with my due process.

Currently still struggling to get in contact with any sort of management, upper and district manager for over 2 weeks. Sounds like everyone is having the same issues of being over charged, ripped off' or late payment for not being able to pay online. I had all the same experiences in all 3 categories. Charged me for 2 months of utilities which in my own bank statement shows I've paid, not to mention the horrible management when I stayed there, the management takes no responsibility what so ever for anything wrong that happens and even when I was forced to pay $200 late fee when I couldn't get access to my account and even called the company and they told me I didn't have an active account, and tria had to send me a new user and password. Your utilities will always be 120$ or higher sewer alone is 94$ every month for a single tenant, and you don't get that great of water pressure. The gate is constantly broken so why are we paying almost $100 a month the for parking when there's no security and people's cars are being broken Into. Not to mention one side of the stairs doesn't have secured entry so anyone can walk Into the place. There's absolutely no parking other than the 3 future resident parking you have to share with guest parking, but be careful you'll get towed If your taking guest parking during business hours when it's "future resident parking. Even with the nicest newest place in the neighborhood, with this kind of management makes it the least desirable place I've ever lived at. Dishonest, scamming and robbed is the feeling I was left with, i couldn't even finish my lease, it was that bad.....

Update: Even though I tried to pay the rent on the 3rd in which their software showed $45 balance. They have now started putting late charges for $238 that âI owe.â Them they kept charging me daily for the late ârentâ and now they want me to pay up. If you rent here, make sure that you donât have issues with your bank or else they will screw you over Update: the office does not know what it is doing. I contacted the office on the 3rd knowing that I did not have enough money in my account for the rent so I brought in a check. The person in the office said that I only owed $45, even though I explained the situation to her. She told me she would check the next day to see if the balance changed. I told her that I guess I will just hold onto the check. Then suddenly today, the other person in the office put a 3-day notice to pay or quit because I did not pay my rent. It shouldnâ t surprise me with the high turnover rate in the office even in the short time I have lived here. Do not rent here unless you are desperate. There are more professionally managed apartments in this area!! I currently rent here but I wonât after my lease is up. The main reason is the variability in the rent from month to month. Usually, when a place says that water, trash and sewage is included in the rent, it is usually a flat rental rate. Not here. The rent varies with the âincludedâ utilities changing from month to month. It makes budgeting difficult when you donât know exactly how much rent you are actually being charged.
