I really like this apartment. I live here little over two years. This is a clean and safe place to live. The community here is wonderful. I couldnât ask for a nicer friendly and helpful tenants here. I especially appreciate Chris the maintenance, supervisor and security. Today He helped me with me down the stair making sure that I donât fall and bring my wheelchair down for me because the elevator was being fixed. Iâm recovering from a stroke. I appreciate Chris very much. He is always polite, friendly and helpful. I remember in the summer he always offered me a bottle water make sure Iâm hydrated.He goes beyond and above his duties Thank you, Chris. I also want to say thank you to Selma the building manager. She is very helpful and friendly. She helped me to push my wheelchair because the elevator was down today ðð¼ð

Chris (Maintenance person) is multi-talented , very polite , helpful and nice guy ,If you're looking for apartment/rented home in Newcastle WA, probably Tria is one of the best place to live. Highly recommended!

5-Star Review: A Wonderful Place to Call Home! Living at Tria Apartments has been an amazing experience! The community feels incredibly safe and welcoming, and it's a fantastic place for pet ownersâvery puppy-friendly! The amenities are top-notch and well-maintained, making day-to-day life convenient and enjoyable. What truly sets Tria apart, though, is the staff. David, the property manager, is always positive, smiling, and ready to help with anything you need. His friendly and professional attitude makes a big difference. Chris, the Maintenance Manager, does a great job keeping the building clean and running smoothly. Heâs proactive, approachable, and often checks in to see if residents need anything. Highly recommend Tria Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

As a tenant at Tria Apartments in Newcastle, WA, I want to take a moment to compliment David Borishkevich for his outstanding service. His support has truly made living in Tria a great experience. From ensuring a smooth move-in process to accommodating additional requests such as allowing extra time for submitting my inspection list and providing a floor plan with measurements beforehand so we could plan our furniture placements ahead of time, he has consistently gone above and beyond to make our transition smoother. One instance that truly stood out was when I forgot to transition my electricity service from my previous apartment unit to my existing apartment unit. Before the office even opened, David proactively reached out to Puget Sound Energy (PSE) on my behalf, arranging to backdate my utility bill to my actual move-out date. He even followed up to ensure the adjustment was made, turning what could have been a stressful situation into an almost hassle-free experience. Additionally, he also helped adjust the charges toward my security deposit since my apartment was left clean, demonstrating his fairness and commitment to residents. Besides assisting me personally, David has also been incredibly helpful to my mom. He has handled various requests for her such as registering keys, providing extra sets, and answering all types of questions. No matter the request, he always does his best to assist in any way he can. His friendly smile and genuinely helpful approach make every interaction pleasant. His dedication to residents is a big part of what makes Tria Apartments feel like home.

Living at Tria Apartments has been solid. The place is clean, modern, and the location in Newcastle is super convenient. Shoutout to Davidâhe made the move-in easy and handled everything smooth. Always helpful and quick to reply when I had questions. If youâre looking for a good spot to live, definitely check this place out.

Had a great time touring Tria Apartments with David the property manager. The views of Mt. Rainer from the roof are splendid! The apartment was very clean and had a modern look.

Great property from my initial perspective. Recently visited on a tour and had a great time. Units look good, the finishing inside is nice. I like the black cabinets. It looks like a very quiet community.
